On condominium and apartment projects, balustrades repeat across dozens of balconies, so small decisions multiply. The more we know early, the more accurate the price and the shorter the path to shop drawings.

The drawings

  • 01Floor plans and elevations showing every balcony, stair and landing
  • 02Slab edge details, including fascia or top-fixed mounting surfaces
  • 03Finished floor levels and any changes in level along a run

The performance brief

Tell us the guarding heights and loading your design requires, the exposure of each elevation and any preferences for glass type. We'll propose systems that meet the brief and flag where an alternative would save cost or time.

The programme

Share the construction sequence so supply can be scheduled floor by floor. Staged deliveries keep material off congested sites and in step with the trades installing it.

Email drawings to sales@primacayman.com and we'll return take-offs, pricing and lead times.
