This website is operated by Prima Cayman, the Cayman Islands distributor of PRIMA glass railings, metal railings, staircases, windows and doors.

02Product information

Descriptions, specifications, finishes and photographs are for general guidance. Products, availability and specifications can change, and photographs may show optional features or installations by others. Some photographs are stock images and do not show Prima Cayman projects. Please confirm the details that matter to you in a written quote before ordering.

Nothing on this website is professional engineering, architectural or building-code advice. Compliance with the Cayman Islands Building Code and planning requirements remains the responsibility of the project’s designers and contractors.

03Quotes and orders

• —A quote request is an invitation for us to prepare a quote. It is not an order, and our website content is not an offer capable of acceptance.
• —Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the information and drawings you provide. Changes to measurements, scope or site conditions may change the price.
• —Unless a quote says otherwise, prices exclude installation, import duty, freight surcharges and site works.
• —An order is binding only when we confirm it in writing and any deposit stated in the quote is paid.

04Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty set out in the quote or product documentation. Warranties may depend on correct installation, use and maintenance, particularly in coastal environments. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Cayman Islands.

05Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

06Acceptable use

• —Do not use the site unlawfully, or to send spam, malicious code or misleading information.
• —Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its dashboard, API or systems, or interfere with their operation.
• —Access to our API requires a key we issue and is subject to any limits we set.

07Intellectual property

The website’s design, text and our own images belong to Prima Cayman or its licensors. PRIMA names and marks belong to their owner. Stock photographs are used under their licences and credited where required. You may view and print pages for personal or project use, but not copy or republish them commercially without permission.

08Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by the laws of the Cayman Islands, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on website content instead of a written quote. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy, in line with the Data Protection Act (2021 Revision).

11Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. The courts of the Cayman Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website. Electronic communications and records are recognised as permitted under the Electronic Transactions Act (2003 Revision).
